Tesco is so evil! Or not?

I’ve never understood peoples problem with Tesco, I know they are big, they undercut people etc, but so what? We all like something cheap don’t we? I’m sure I read 1 in every 6 or 7 pounds is spent is Tesco. Surely going by that figure, the majority do not see Tesco as evil? That or they say one thing and do another. I personally find our local amazing, it has loads of shops in the building, boots, HMV, then Tesco. I fail to see what is wrong with them, you can buy milk, bread, a TV, fruit then spare tyres for your car.

All the local the local businesses that complain, why don’t you adapt? Change a little, Tesco sell meat, at a good price. So why don’t you target a different audience? Sell premium meat, real high end stuff, be different. I know that is not the answer for all companies, but surely they should try something, rather than just moaning.

I know this piece seems a bit random, but I was watching the news, people in Bristol protesting about a new Tesco. They don’t want it, they say most people in the area don’t want it. Well, if that is true, it will go out of business then won’t it? If no one wants it, no one will use it, so it is win win for you guys.

Does my nut in when people complain about anything new being built/opened. Surely something that creates employment, and commerce/trade is good in the current financial climate?
